Job Description
ZM Express Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Senior Sales Executive for a full-time role based in Saddar, Karachi (Gul Tijara, 6th Floor, Office 626). Compensation: PKR 20,00–25,00/month plus commission. The incumbent will identify and acquire new courier and logistics clients, develop and maintain long-term relationships, meet sales targets, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, coordinate with operations, monitor market trends, and mentor junior staff.
- Requirements: 3–5 years of sales experience in courier/logistics, strong negotiation and communication skills, CRM and MS Office proficiency, and a results-driven attitude.
