Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real estate portal, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The role includes responding to inquiries, coordinating property viewings, maintaining CRM records, preparing documentation, resolving customer concerns, and supporting sales and leasing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Requirements: Associate’s or bachelor’s preferred; customer service experience (real estate a plus); proficient in MS Office and CRM; strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills; professional, customer-focused demeanor.
