Job Description
WBM Technologies is seeking a motivated and well-organized Customer Support Executive to provide outstanding service to our clients through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. Key responsibilities encompass promptly addressing customer inquiries, efficiently resolving issues, maintaining detailed records, and working collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is required, with prior experience in customer support preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to multitask effectively. We strongly encourage female candidates to apply.
