Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Shift Engineer to oversee plant operations, monitor equipment health, and maintain safety and production standards during assigned shifts.
- Operate and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems; conduct routine inspections and log shift activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance and control room teams, enforce safety and environmental protocols, and respond to process deviations.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering, minimum 2 years of industrial experience, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work rotating day/night shifts; relevant certifications preferred. Competitive pay and benefits.
