Job Description
Vivo Pakistan is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Call Centre Officer. We have three openings at our Head Office situated in Gulberg II, Lahore.
This is a full-time, on-site position with morning shifts.
The ideal candidates should have:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer handling
- A graduation degree
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center
Experience with live chat operations and hotline calls is advantageous. Availability on weekends is required.
Office hours: 9 AM to 6 PM | Weekly off: Rotational
Salary: Starting at Rs50,00.00 per month
