Job Description
Venus Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, supporting payroll operations, and overseeing HR functions utilizing HCM/CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
- Leverage Flow HCM/CRM systems effectively.
- Introduce modern HR tools and practices.
- Support the development of HR policies and compliance measures.
- Work closely with management to address staffing needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Experience in HR operations and payroll management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
