Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Document Controller to join our team at Velosi in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) or an equivalent qualification.
Your key responsibilities will include receiving, classifying, and securely storing documents, maintaining master files, enforcing version control, collaborating with various departments, and providing support during audits. A background in document control and familiarity with document management systems is highly desirable.
We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent English communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Maintaining confidentiality is paramount.
