Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Client Success Coordinator to lead client onboarding, ensure retention, and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. The role includes maintaining CRM records, monitoring success metrics, resolving escalations, delivering client training, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in client success or account management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans
