Job Description
Tibbi Pvt LTD, located in Garden Town, is actively seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure the onboarding of top talent. The ideal candidate will manage the entire recruitment process, oversee employee records, assist with payroll and attendance tracking, organize employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Assist in payroll and attendance management.
- Promote and facilitate employee engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of HR experience. Candidates must possess strong HR knowledge and excellent communication skills.
