Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Call Center Supervisor to lead the night team (7pm–4am). Responsibilities include coaching agents to achieve targets, handling escalations, training staff, monitoring performance, reporting metrics, and assisting with scheduling.
- Requirements: Minimum 1 year in a leadership role (at least 1 year as a supervisor), strong communication and leadership skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, experience with call center software and MS Office, proficiency in English, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
