Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Key Account Executive to manage our daily CRM operations, which include order processing, shipping coordination, inventory tracking, and return management across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to maintain prompt interactions with customers and courier services, while consistently updating our internal reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee order management from multiple sales channels.
- Generate and print shipping labels through courier portals.
- Monitor shipments and provide timely status updates.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery issues.
- Submit online claims for any shipment discrepancies.
