Job Description

We are in search of a highly skilled and results-oriented National Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations throughout Pakistan. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in the Construction, Ceramics, or FMCG sectors, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large sales teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Formulate national sales strategies, supervise sales teams, nurture distributor relationships, evaluate performance, manage pricing and promotional activities, and work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, over 10 years of progressive sales experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a readiness to travel extensively.
