Job Description
The Outreach Associate will manage and strengthen donor relationships via high-volume phone and email communication, maintain and update donor records in Salesforce, coordinate with cross-functional teams across country portfolios, triage and refer inquiries, and contribute to fundraising objectives. The role requires rapid mastery of call scripts and CRM workflows, excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, effective problem-solving, and strong attention to detail.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 2 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time, in-person position.
