Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to oversee recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field and has 3–7 years of HR experience.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and maintain talent pipelines
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and benefits
- Implement performance management (KPIs/OKRs) and support managers
- Maintain HRIS/HRMS and ensure compliance with EOBI, Social Security, and labor regulations
- Develop HR policies, workforce planning, succession plans, and process improvements

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Good Communication Skills

- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
