Job Description
Join our Sales Growth team as a Commercial Development Representative. You will generate and qualify new business opportunities, manage outbound prospecting, and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will build pipeline, conduct discovery calls, deliver product overviews, maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce or HubSpot), and schedule demos for Account Executives.
- 1–3 years in B2B sales or SDR/BDR roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and resilience
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
