Job Description
We are seeking an Instructional Design Program Manager to lead the design and delivery of learning programs across the organization. You will define learning strategy, manage curriculum development, and ensure instructional quality for both instructor-led and digital learning experiences.
- Oversee cross-functional teams and coordinate subject matter experts.
- Direct e-learning production, establish milestones, and apply data-driven evaluation to measure learner outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain instructional standards.
Qualifications: 5+ years in instructional design, strong project management skills, experience with LMS and authoring tools, and excellent stakeholder communication.
