Job Description
SMA Visa Services PVT LTD is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to manage in-person client visits and provide timely assistance via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
- Responsibilities: welcome clients at the office, research case details, maintain accurate records in MS Word and Excel, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver clear status updates.
- Requirements: Intermediate (FA/FSc) education, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Experience with immigration/visa processes is an advantage.
- Location: On-site (preference for candidates near DHA Phase 1). Salary: Rs25,00–35,00/month.
