Job Description
Sispn Technology is on the lookout for a dedicated HR Specialist to lead our human resources initiatives in a dynamic and challenging environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, facilitating onboarding and employee integration, and ensuring performance management is effectively implemented. You’ll maintain accurate HR records and provide payroll support while fostering employee engagement and addressing any grievances. Additionally, you’ll ensure that all HR practices comply with relevant policies and labor laws.
Salary: PKR 80,00 – 100,00
Shift: 6:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
