Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Night-Shift CSR (8:00 PM–5:00 AM) to work onsite at 491 Pak Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. The role supports U.S. customers by handling calls, chats, and email with a clear American English accent.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years CSR experience (packaging sales preferred), fluent American English, excellent verbal and written communication.
- Must be confident on calls, chats, and email, able to multitask, and have a reliable commute.
- Compensation: Rs50,00/month + commission. Professional training, supportive environment, and growth opportunities provided.
