Job Description
Shahnawaz Pvt Limited is seeking an HR Associate to significantly contribute to enhancing employee engagement and retention. In this vital role, you will be responsible for drafting job descriptions, understanding employee assignments, managing task reassignments, and developing engagement programs. Additionally, you will monitor feedback from exit interviews and create key performance indicators related to talent retention.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are pivotal for success in this position.
The starting salary for this role is Rs60,00.00 per month, accompanied by attractive benefits.
