Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Officer based in Karachi. This in-person role offers a monthly salary of PKR 60,00–70,00. Candidates must be aged 30–35 with O/A Levels and a Bachelor’s degree, and 3–4 years’ experience in PR, client relations, or communications. Experience with UAE procedures, BPO, or UK/USA firms is preferred; call center background is a plus.
- Handle UAE business setup and government services inquiries; prepare and submit required documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality, ensure client satisfaction, coordinate internal teams, and monitor UAE/Freezone regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, organization, multitasking, and target-oriented performance.
