Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Johar Town. This full-time position entails working from 7 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Saturday, assisting our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, maintain a professional demeanor, and possess a solution-oriented mindset.
Key Requirements:
- ✅ Fluent in English
- ✅ Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
- ✅ Flexibility to work during US time zones
Compensation: Salary ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year in a US-based call center.
