Job Description
REDot Studios is hiring a full-time, on-site Chat Support Representative for our Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore office. Only Lahore-based applicants will be considered.
- Handle live chat, resolve customer issues, record interactions, assist with troubleshooting, recommend solutions, and proactively engage potential customers online.
- Work closely with internal teams, escalate complex cases, and keep current on product updates.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or higher. Must have strong computer skills, excellent written English, confidence in online outreach, and a goal-driven attitude. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.
