Job Description
Rainbow Cash & Carry is actively seeking a dedicated HR Officer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills, along with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient conflict management and decision-making skills are crucial for ensuring employee compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage job descriptions and the hiring process.
- Facilitate orientation and training for new and current employees.
- Monitor employee performance and overall satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Administer payroll and benefits with efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
