A leading telecom company is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive (Premium) to join our team in Karachi.
Designation: Customer Care Executive (Premium)
Location: DHA Phase 7, Karachi
Compensation: Rs 45,00 plus Rs 15,00 KPI Incentive
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurately address customer inquiries.
- Deliver personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
