Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee operations, administrative duties, and customer service at our Lahore branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of daily operations while leading the branch team to achieve sales and service objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing branch functions, supervising customer service initiatives, conducting staff training, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Necessary qualifications include exceptional leadership skills, effective communication abilities, proficiency in MS Office and branch management software, along with outstanding organizational capabilities.
