Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Relations Officer to cultivate strong client relationships, promptly address inquiries, and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will maintain high customer satisfaction and retention through clear communication and CRM proficiency.
- Manage inbound calls and emails; document all interactions accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and report recurring trends.
- Use problem-solving skills and attention to detail to improve processes.
