Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations within your designated territory. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets while ensuring operational excellence across the region.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for meeting targets and KPIs, developing effective field sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, coaching sales teams, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing, possess 3-4 years of sales experience, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and have a proven track record in managing a field sales team.
