Job Description
As a Move Coordinator at Move One, you will oversee all phases of household goods relocations, ensuring efficient delivery, cost-effectiveness, and exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the sole liaison for clients and partners.
- Coordinate all aspects of packing, transportation, storage, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively communicate updates.
- Address issues swiftly and maintain financial accuracy with invoicing.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of coordination experience, excellent customer service skills (English required, French preferred), and proficiency in MS Office.
