Job Description
Mindwhiz is in search of a committed Customer Support Agent to become an integral part of our team located in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. This on-site role requires providing assistance to our U.S.-based clients through both inbound and outbound calls, effectively resolving inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
