Job Description
Megatech Trackers (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary contact for our valued customers. In this pivotal role, you will address inquiries and offer effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction through both efficient and empathetic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
