Job Description
Maxitech Pharma (Pvt.) Ltd. is currently seeking a Manager of Quality Operations for our manufacturing facility located in Karachi. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Your responsibilities will include leading Quality Control (QC) and Microbiology operations, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), managing supplier quality systems, and cultivating a quality-centric culture within the QA/QC teams. Moreover, you will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain inspection readiness to meet regulatory standards.
A Pharm-D degree along with an M.Phil in a relevant field is preferred, complemented by a proven track record in a regulated environment.
