Job Description
Mars BPO seeks a proactive Call Center Operator to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with product and service inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales and lead generation. Open to fresh graduates and experienced agents.
- Requirements: secondary or bachelor’s degree preferred, strong English and local language communication, customer-focused, basic MS Office skills, target-driven.
- Shift: 6:30 PM–5:00 AM | Location: 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi (in-person).
- Compensation: Rs35,00–45,00/month plus performance incentives; training, career advancement, and recognition provided.
