Job Description
Mars BPO seeks proactive Lead Closing Executives to independently engage leads, verify details, present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales while maintaining accurate records.
- Responsibilities: outbound calling, customer verification, product presentation, objection handling, deal closing, and record keeping.
- Requirements: strong verbal persuasion, confidence, self-motivation, target-oriented mindset; sales or call-center experience preferred; able to work with minimal supervision.
