Job Description
Leneur seeks a proactive, target-driven Business Development Executive for an in-person, 3-month contract to source prospects and grow B2B digital marketing sales. Compensation: Rs25,00–Rs30,00/month plus attractive commissions and fuel allowance. Training provided; potential for permanent hire based on performance.
- Responsibilities: identify and pursue new clients, achieve KPIs, maintain sales records, build long-term relationships, monitor market trends, and represent the company in meetings.
- Requirements: proven B2B sales or business development experience (digital marketing preferred), basic knowledge of social media, SEO and websites, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a results-oriented attitude.
