Job Description
KazSoft Technologies is urgently looking for a fluent English-speaking candidate to join our inbound sales and customer support team. If you are motivated, possess outstanding communication skills, and have experience in a call center environment, we encourage you to apply!
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English: Ability to communicate confidently with US customers without relying on scripts.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a reputable call center, BPO, or software house.
- Campaign Experience: Previous experience with US telecom campaigns is essential.
- Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM.
