Job Description
Translation Empire PK is excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, screening, and engaging with top-tier technical talent for our organization.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain insights into team requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Leverage recruitment tools such as Workable ATS and LinkedIn for effective candidate sourcing.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; a foundational understanding of recruitment processes is preferred.
Work Schedule: In-office from 10 AM to 7 PM at DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi. We offer a competitive salary.
