Job Description
Askari Life Assurance is seeking motivated individuals for dynamic roles within our organization. We welcome candidates with educational backgrounds ranging from Intermediate to Master’s degrees. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with experience ranging from 0 to 3 years.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, management, and problem-solving skills, along with strong numerical abilities and a career-oriented mindset.
Key responsibilities include meeting with two prospects daily, generating five leads, collaborating with team members to present to clients, hiring consultants, and achieving designated targets.
The compensation package includes a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00 to Rs50,00, along with benefits such as medical and life insurance, local and international tours, a company car with fuel, bonuses, and MDRT opportunities. Preference will be given to candidates located in Lahore, with reliable commuting options or a plan to relocate.
