Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a qualified Production Supervisor for one of our esteemed clients located in Karachi. The successful candidate will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards while optimizing workflow and leading a highly motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production staff to meet operational targets.
- Implement safety policies and maintain rigorous quality control.
- Monitor equipment performance and manage maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Analyze production data for ongoing process improvements.
- Effectively address operational and personnel challenges.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, along with 12-14 years of formal education. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
