Job Description
FSC Integrated Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is currently looking for dedicated and motivated candidates to fill the role of Phone Banking Officer at one of Pakistan’s leading banks.
Location: Saddar Cantt, Lahore
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree (official transcript or degree required)
Experience: 0-1 year preferred
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years
Gender: Male
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional assistance to customers over the phone regarding banking inquiries and transactions, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in basic computer applications.
We offer a competitive salary package between Rs37,00.00 and Rs42,00.00 per month, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
