Job Description
Explosion Services is looking for a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, warmly welcoming visitors, handling phone inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors appropriately.
- Professionally answer and route incoming calls.
- Maintain accurate visitor records and manage delivery operations.
- Assist HR and Operations teams during onboarding processes.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a high school diploma, prior experience in a receptionist role, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
