Job Description
AA Exchange (Private) Limited is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager of Human Resources to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining precise employee records, ensuring compliance with Labor Laws and EOBI regulations, and managing the onboarding and exit procedures for employees.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting payroll processes, addressing employee inquiries, and liaising with government agencies for inspections. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing employee welfare and engagement initiatives, as well as assisting in the drafting of essential HR documents.

Salary: Rs90,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
