Job Description
The HR Manager will lead all human resources functions, ensuring adherence to labor regulations, executing HR policies, and promoting a positive workplace culture. This position is responsible for recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and enhancing employee morale to align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources.
