Job Description
The Nicon Group of Colleges is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Officer (FDO) to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional communication to visitors and staff.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks while prioritizing duties.
- Exhibit proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
