The ideal candidate will be a CA-qualified professional with 10-15 years of experience in financial leadership, ideally within a manufacturing or growth-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities include developing financial strategies, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing cash flow, and mentoring the finance team.
