Job Description
Join Nexus95 as a Client Success Manager, where you will be instrumental in enhancing client relationships and project execution. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating client meetings, converting client requirements into actionable briefs, and leveraging CRM analytics for insightful presentations. You will also oversee CRM customizations, implement automation, and mentor a talented team of developers and designers.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or client success roles, with a strong emphasis on web development and CRM systems. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
