Job Description
Diginet Global (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated Social Media Content Manager to lead two teams, each consisting of three members. This role will ensure that daily targets are met, all content aligns with our brand, and performance metrics are meticulously monitored.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion
- Review and approve all content prior to publication
- Uphold high creative standards across all social media posts
- Utilize Airtable to track and analyze team output
- Identify and recommend effective content for reuse
- Provide guidance on SOPs and resolve team challenges
- Report weekly performance metrics to the Project Manager
- Ensure content aligns with platform-specific goals
