Job Description
Zindagi Trust, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving public sector education in Pakistan since 2002, is seeking a full-time Receptionist for the Khatoon-e-Pakistan Government Girls Secondary School located in Bahadurabad, Karachi. Our mission is to foster academic excellence and provide equitable access to high-quality education across the nation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a courteous demeanor, effectively managing the front desk while providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors, handle phone calls, assist with scheduling, and maintain filing systems.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
