Perks HR Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a proactive Customer Service Associate to enhance our dedicated team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with banks and clients, managing order processing, and delivering support for ongoing research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly address inquiries from banking clients
- Prepare and manage customer orders and invoices
- Maintain accurate order records and conduct monthly reconciliations
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Occasionally visit clients for document collection
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
