Job Description
PromoGen is searching for a skilled and confident Sales & Customer Service Representative (Virtual Assistant) to join our Car Detailing Business in San Diego. We welcome candidates who possess excellent communication skills, customer service experience, basic automotive knowledge, and familiarity with CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and text.
- Provide service information, pricing quotes, and assist with booking appointments.
- Understand various vehicle types to ensure accurate pricing.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and record customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional representation of our brand.
Working Hours: Part-time | 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. (SD time) | Monday to Friday.
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month.
